My name is Gabriella Horak and I'm passionate about good coffee! I'm also a Master Facilitator, Trainer, Coach and Mentor in Executive Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Alignment, Corporate Culture and Service Excellence. I am the Founder and CEO of What’s Your Edge? and creator of the trademark programs including Your Edge – Your M.A.G.I.C, TeamQ (Team Intelligence) and The Success Culture Model. Prior to establishing What’s Your Edge? I ran two successful Australian companies Better Off With Learning and Facilitrain, both with a similar focus on effective business communications and organisational development. I draw on 25 years’ experience in sales, service, communication, learning and development with clients ranging from ASX 100 companies to SMEs, CEOs, teams, and individuals.
